Full Job Description Our client, a well-established and respected property management company, is seeking a part-time Finance Coordinator to join their team. This temporary position will initially run for 2-4 weeks, with the possibility of extension. About the Role As Finance Coordinator, you'll support the Operations team with financial administration, accounts processing, and lease-related tasks for an iconic A-grade commercial property. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and finance support to the team as required Manage high-volume invoice processing, arrears management, and financial reporting Oversee commercial property administration including lease documentation, contract management, and compliance tracking Assist with client reporting, maintenance schedules, and recommendations Liaise with tenants and contractors, ensuring clear and professional communication Support preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and quarterly reports About You Previous experience in accounts, accounts payable, or finance administration Familiarity with MYOB or similar accounting software (preferred) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial data Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Friendly and professional communication style Why Join?
