You will act as the key point of contact for managing agents, oversee accounts and reporting, and ensure smooth day to day operations of a diverse business. Oversee rents, outgoings, budgets, and key dates Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS prep Act as point of contact with managing agents and strata Maintain property registers, filing systems, and financial records Prepare reports and communication on behalf of the Director About the company Our client is a private developer that also holds a significant investment portfolio and retail business interests. offering a long term, stable role set in a family-friendly environment.
