We're seeking a performance-focused Cluster Manager to oversee and energise a group of retail stores across the South East and Inner Melbourne region. In this influential role, you'll be accountable for accelerating sales, guiding Store Managers, and maintaining outstanding operational excellence across all sites. You will play a critical role in guiding and developing store managers and their teams through effective coaching and mentoring. This role involves executing the retail strategy, ensuring premium brand representation, and fostering a high-performance culture centered on exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations to uphold strong brand standards and cultivate a 'customer first' culture that ensures a smooth, engaging shopping experience Lead and coach store managers and their teams to drive commercial success Develop sales strategies to grow market share and improve KPIs Ensure high operational standards, visual merchandising and compliance Manage regional budgets, expenses, and financial reporting Champion workplace safety and uphold company values Implementing retail initiatives What You’ll Bring Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in multi-site retail management Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail KPIs Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Flexible to travel across stores Proficiency in retail systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office
