The Role We are looking for a General Factory Hand to support the manufacturing processes at Rogers Industries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position will include: Packing Products; General Laboring. No experience is necessary, we will provide site-specific training to support your success in this role. Experience: Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload Maintaining WH&S as a top priority A proactive approach to managing responsibilities Beneficial: Previous experience with manufacturing plant First Aid Certificate The position is located at the Rogers Industries factory in Hemmant as a casual role.
