Experienced Security Controller – CBD Location Sydney CBD 4/3 Roster – 2 Weeks Days / 2 Weeks Nights Fortitude Protective Services About the Role: Fortitude Protective Services is currently seeking an experienced Security Controller to join our team in the Sydney CBD. This is a rotating 4/ 3 roster with alternating day and night shifts, offering consistency and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate security control systems and CCTV Manage access control systems and respond to alarms Coordinate emergency responses and incident reporting Maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with on-site teams and emergency services Ensure a safe and secure environment across designated premises Requirements: Proven experience as a Security Controller in a control room environment Strong understanding of access control and CCTV systems Current NSW Security Licence Current First Aid Certificate Full Australian working rights Excellent communication and situational awareness Ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer: Supportive team environment Opportunities for future development within a growing company Competitive remuneration Ready to Apply?
