We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual to join the business in the leadership role of Retail Manager. The position is responsible for the entire operations of our retail services on our front-end shop this includes a diverse portfolio of functions within our retail store, including customer service, inventory management, stakeholder communication,People and culture, organises and controls the operations of a retail trading establishment. This position will report directly to the Director, and the job description includes, but is not limited to Maintain effective day-to-day store operations and determine the level of stock for smooth sales and service standards. Drive increasing sales through add-on sales and by providing input and ideas on how to continuously build sales. Proactively plan and direct outstanding customerservice and sustainsound client relations. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with customers with confidence and promote the sale of products. Capability to work in a team and solve problems. Strong financialjudgement with the ability to drive salesand meet targets. Develop, motivate, inspire and support your team Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Responsible for maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. About the applicant: At least a diploma in business or management; a Bachelor's or Master’s in business administration is preferable. At least one year of retail management experience is mandatory.
