Job Description Permanent, Full Time Support our prospective students to progress their application from initial enquiry through to enrolment, by identifying their future goals and talking through their options Key responsibilities include Assessing and issuing Letter of offers in accordance with AE’s policies and procedures. Assessing Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) applications in accordance with AE’s policies and procedures. Providing accurate and timely advice to current and prospective students, stakeholders and supporting College initiatives that enhance the student experience. Responding to enquiries (in person, by phone, email etc.), sourcing information, following up and providing responses in a timely manner. Assisting with the administrative duties of programs across AE and marketing activities and special events if required.
