Here’s What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and hand-stretching dough for traditional wood-fired pizzas. Operating and maintaining the Marana Forni wood-fired pizza oven. Delivering consistent, high-quality pizzas during busy service. Collaborating with a professional kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and organisation at all times. What You’ll Bring to the Role: Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally with Marana Forni ovens. Strong hand-stretching technique and dough preparation skills. Ability to thrive under pressure during peak service. Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in presentation. A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and authentic pizza-making. Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
