Due to our continued success, we’re looking for someone to join our fully remote Australian sales team. This role is ideal for an emotionally intelligent hunter who’s searching for the chance to make a big impact on a profitable business that’s making an even bigger impact on people’s lives. What you'll be doing: Driving outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, and more – from first contact to close.Managing inbound leads from free trials, referrals, and email replies.Running insightful discovery sessions and delivering compelling demos.Staying professionally persistent and valuable in every interaction.Achieving and exceeding targets tied to outbound activity, appointments booked, and pipeline built.Working with Sales and Marketing team members to refine and test messaging. Who you are: A hunter with an empathetic edge – you know how to create real connection, not just close.Proven experience self-sourcing your own pipeline using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. (We’ll give you warm contacts too, but you need to love the chase.)A track record of success in quota-carrying outbound B2B roles, demonstrating a consultative style - and you’re professionally persistent, not “salesy.”A clear passion for people, learning, and personal development.
