Innovation Product Delivery Manager 6 month initial contract Mix of WFH and office in Central Sydney We’re looking for an Innovation Product Delivery Manager to help take digital initiatives from proof-of-concept through to pilot and scale. This role blends the product mindset of a Product Owner with the delivery discipline of a Project Manager. What you’ll be doing: Lead multiple initiatives at once, from prototype through to handover Shape problem statements, value propositions, and success measures Apply Human Centred Design approaches to validate solutions with real users Run agile ceremonies (planning, showcases, retros) to keep delivery on track Act as the link between sponsors, SMEs, and delivery teams Provide evidence for business cases and guide transition-to-scale decisions Maintain transparent reporting dashboards and recommend next steps (progress, pivot, pause) What we’re looking for: Strong background in product management, project delivery, or both Experience working with digital innovation, transformation, or emerging tech Practical use of Human Centred Design and agile delivery methods Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts Comfortable working in fast-paced, experimental environments with ambiguity Pragmatic thinker who balances user value, delivery risk, and strategic alignment Why this role: You’ll work on initiatives that are high-profile and future-focused, shaping how new digital solutions are tested and scaled.
