About the Role: We are on the hunt for an experienced and grounded Business Development Manager who can read the room, engage with clients and understand the nuances of how to best get the win/ win outcome for both the business and major clients. This role will be an adjunct to the Account Managers and report into the Head of Sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities with industrial client contractors, distributors, and end-users. Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Market Development: Research, analyse, and target new industry sectors, projects, and regions to expand market share. Strategic Partnerships: Develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and industry influencers. Sales Planning: Develop and execute a national sales strategy in line with company revenue targets and growth objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of customer solutions and promotional activity. Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence. About You: We are looking for a proven BDM with a track record in business development or sales management within the industrial or related industries. You will have strong networks and the ability to drive a strategic sales plan and execute on a national level. Your communication, ability to connect along with your commercial acumen will ensure your success. Why Join?
