As first point of contact for our patients, we are seeking a special individual with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and positivity. The role will be a mix of reception, administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling, support for our team of specialists, GPs, nurses and embryologists, and very importantly, support for our patients. Our commitment to quality and safety is our highest priority. As a Category B healthcare worker, vaccinations for influenza is mandatory in Victoria and COVID-19 is strongly recommended. The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and experience: Previous demonstrated work experience in a medical or specialist environment Knowledge of Genie, Medicare and Private Health Fund billing (desirable) A vibrant and professional attitude focused on exceptional patient care and continuous improvement in both self and the workplace Willingness to learn and grow with the business Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills Ability to multi-task and prioritise To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong professional customer service skill set and a desire to help customers, including team members, within Adora Fertility VIC. You will have a high level of enthusiasm and initiative but be able to use your resilience and expertise to help new and existing patients navigate the path to commencing fertility treatment.
