The NSCC Site Supervisor plays a critical role in managing the daily operations of a high level -security national control centre . You will lead a team of operators in a 24/7 environment, coordinate responses to incidents, and deliver service excellence for one of Australia's most important clients. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong operational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience to be considered for this position. FULL PPE and Hi Vis to be worn at all times. Uniform to be supplied Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise NSCC operators to ensure operational standards are consistently met. Monitor and manage CCTV, alarms, and access control systems. Coordinate, escalate, and respond to security incidents and emergencies. Ensure accuracy in incident reporting, daily logs, and compliance documentation. Conduct toolbox talks, shift handovers, and staff performance reviews. Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships. Support rostering, training, and workforce management requirements. Strong communication skills What We're Looking For Current NSW Security Licence (minimum 1AE preferred). Current NSW Driver's Licence with a good driving record. Current First Aid Certificate . White Card and additional compliance certificates (beneficial). Previous patrol/security experience (preferred but not essential). Strong attention to detail, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
