Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Club/Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service across gaming, bar, and hospitality while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and the ability to develop strategies that enhance customer experience and engagement. The manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to maintain the club’s welcoming environment while driving operational success. Key Requirements: Essential Qualifications & Experience: NSW RSA & RCG certifications (mandatory). Minimum 5 years’ experience in club or hospitality management. Strong leadership and people management experience. Proven expertise in gaming, bar operations, and financial management. Solid understanding of Liquor & Gaming NSW regulations. Desirable Skills & Attributes: Experience managing golf clubs, RSLs, or licensed venues. Strong knowledge of gaming systems (MAXgaming, Aristocrat, IGT, etc.). Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
