CARAVAN SALESPERSON Jayco Cairns is a local family-owned successful business who are seeking a self-motivated, Salesperson to join our team, it is a fulltime position, leading to permanent employment after a probationary period. Australia's largest, most trusted and established RV brand. Great working environment and supportive management. Retainer and un-capped commission. Earn between $90K to $150K. This is a rare opportunity to join the Sales Team. Jayco are the market leaders in the RV industry with over 50 years of experience in building and developing a true “Australian Built” product. You will have a pivotal role in the dealership's success. This role means you will guide customers through the buying process, from initial contact to the handover of their RV. Whilst drawing on your knowledge and expertise; in qualifying the customer to find the ideal product that best suits their needs. Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential in this position to obtain optimum customer satisfaction and repeated clientele. At Jayco Townsville we retail New & Used Caravans as well as stocking the largest range of RV Spare parts and accessories in Far North Queensland PLUS a large inhouse workshop for warranty, servicing maintenance and insurance repairs. Once established in your role; further Jayco Australia factory training will follow. Ability to travel to the Jayco Academy in Melbourne may be required.
