ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to: Rental Operations & Team Manager/ Property Manager External Liaison: Rental Providers / Renters KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (but not limited to:) Conduct Routine Inspection & Reports Conduct Entry Condition Inspections & Reports Notify the Client/Property Manager of any breaches involving significant/minor damage to the Property or accidents as soon as practicable after the Agent becomes aware of such events. Engagement (as the Client’s Agent) of professional/property services providers and tradespeople. Hand over to Property Manager upon inspection report being completed Send out weekly reports / advice / update emails to Property Managers Utilise Property Me templates and settings as required Liaise with Renters in regards to inspections Conduct private / open inspections and assist with Leasing duties as required Other Represent Barry Plant at official functions, meetings, seminars etc. both during and outside normal working hours, as necessary to effectively carry out the position and to convey a positive public image Any other duties within limits of the employee’s skills, competence and training POLICY AND PROCEDURE COMPLIANCE Adhere to HR, OH&S/Risk Management policies, procedures and practices Demonstrate understanding and accountability for record keeping including the accuracy and capture of data, the sensitivities involved and the release and destruction of documents JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING It is expected that balanced judgement be shown in all decision-making processes and that particular emphasis be paid to this aspect in the case of sensitive issues.
