About the job Are you an upcoming or recent Marketing/Business/Commerce Graduate with an interest in Consumer Healthcare? Opella ANZ offers a rare opportunity in the Australian marketplace to develop true end-to-end consumer marketing and NPD management skills with a highly respected global multinational company. The Marketing Graduate role sits within the Brand & Innovation function and will report into the Australian Brand Leads across the market leading Vitamin & Mineral Supplements portfolio (Cenovis, Nature’s Own & Ostelin). In this role, the Marketing Graduate will gain valuable exposure working with multiple stakeholders such as the Digital, Science, Commercial, and Performance Analytics Teams to assist in key projects such as consumer communications campaigns and new product development. As part of this role, the Graduate position will also gain experience across the commercial and sales functions. This role would be ideal for a graduate with an interest in Consumer Healthcare products and looking to develop entry level skills for a career in Marketing or Sales. Main responsibilities: Learn the ropes of Brand Marketing and sales in the Consumer Healthcare category Assist the team in the execution of the brand activation plans across key retail channels, media channels and owned digital channels. This includes supporting communications projects. Support new product launches including packaging and go to market plans. Collaborate with direct team members and cross-functional teams (sales, innovation, commercial strategy, regulatory) as well as external agencies to ensure timely execution of project deliverables. Provide administrative and ad hoc support to the brand leads, such as reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Help manage budgets Learn the sales processes from planning through to execution Assist in the planning and execution of all forms of digital activity with retailers Empower and positively influence colleagues who are engaged in activities Identify development areas and institute plan to leverage strengths and improve in areas of development Our Graduate Program The Opella Graduate Program 2026 is a 24-month rotational program that offers you a fully supported learning environment to cultivate your development and build your future.
