About You: Implement thoughtful programs that meet individual and group needs, document and assess learning progress, and foster respectful, nurturing interactions with every child. You will need: Certificate III in Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Knowledge of Early Years Learning, Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline, and National Quality Standards.
