Project Director - NSW Government Location: St Leonards WFH (Hybrid) Pay Rates: $1,062.72 – $1,393.86 base daily rate Anticipated Assignment Duration: 12-months | Immediate start Multiple positions available (x5) We are seeking experienced Project Directors to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex infrastructure projects across NSW. This is an opportunity to take charge of high-profile initiatives that will have a lasting impact on communities, working within a collaborative and outcomes-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of project professionals to deliver programs from planning through to implementation, procurement, evaluation, and handover. Manage multiple stakeholder groups and specialist workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. Provide expert advice on project planning, governance, risk management, and milestone reporting. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable collaboration and drive project outcomes. Monitor and evaluate project progress, risks, and benefits realisation to ensure successful delivery. Champion safety, wellbeing, and a positive project culture across teams. About You Proven track record in leading complex capital works projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong capability in project planning, procurement, governance, and delivery . Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Health, or related fields , or equivalent industry experience.
