Guest Experience Officer; Casual Role We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Guest Experience Officer to be the welcoming face of our park. If you love making people smile, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to work somewhere that feels like a holiday every day, this is the role for you! What you’ll be doing: Rolling out the red carpet for every guest, sharing the best of our park, local gems, and fun activities. Being a holiday hero by promoting Ingenia Holidays as the go-to getaway spot. Handling check-ins, check-outs, and all things front desk with flair. Keeping the good vibes flowing with top-notch customer service. Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. What we’re looking for: A customer service superstar who loves making people feel welcome. Some experience in hospitality or tourism (bonus points if you’ve worked in a holiday park!). Tech-savvy with Microsoft and booking systems, or open to learning. A team player with great attention to detail and organisation.
