Role Description We are seeking Technical Business Analyst for Banking & Finance Domine with Expertise in Treasury, Credit Risk and Finance. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Sydney, Australia. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing requirements. Daily tasks include conducting research, creating reports, and working closely with other departments to implement business solutions. The role involves extensive communication with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify business problems, and define requirements.2. Analysis and Documentation: Analyze data, identify trends, and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.3. Solution Design: Work with stakeholders to design and develop solutions that meet business needs, including process improvements, system enhancements, and new product development.4. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams, to ensure that solutions meet business needs.5. Project Management: Participate in project planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are thoroughly tested.7. Implementation and Deployment: Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to production. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry, including products, services, and regulatory requirements.2. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify business insights.3. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with banking systems, technologies, and tools, such as core banking systems, payment systems, and data analytics tools.5. Project Management Skills: Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.6. Certifications: Certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP or CCBA, are desirable. Experience: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking and financial services industry.2. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
