Our ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, bring strong leadership skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. As Store Manager, you will lead the way in creating outstanding customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs. The Westfield Miranda store is a key location within our portfolio and is scheduled for renovation in FY25/26 — a major project in which the Store Manager will play a pivotal role. Our stores are all about sun protection, with an extensive range of hats, swimwear, sunscreen and of course sunglasses. Fun Fact: Cancer Council sells more sunglasses within Australia yearly than any other brand. (calculated by unit sales). Key responsibilities of the role: To maintain a store culture filled with passion for our brand, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors. Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service. The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI’s – Our profit goes back into supporting cancer research! Manage store profitability, budgets, rostering, and expenses. Leadership of daily operations including stock control. Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them grow in their roles. The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions. About you Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs with a smile. Exceptional leadership skills – you’re a natural at motivating teams and managing performance. Operational agility with a strong inventory management capability Ability to train, develop, and inspire your team to bring their best selves to work every day. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities – you keep calm and focused even under pressure. A hands-on approach – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
