About the Role As Area Manager, you will oversee supported employment services and commercial operations within your region. You’ll lead high-performing teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure business activities align with Endeavour Foundation’s mission and strategic goals. You’ll be responsible for contract management, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, and service delivery outcomes. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement while promoting person-centred practice and workforce development. Key Responsibilities Lead inclusive employment programs and commercial operations across multiple sites Ensure compliance with safeguarding frameworks, disability employment standards, and contractual obligations Drive financial performance through effective management of sales, NDIS funding, and operational budgets Represent Endeavour Foundation at government and industry forums Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring Extensive leadership experience in disability, supported employment, or commercial operations Knowledge of disability employment standards, safeguarding frameworks, and NDIS Experience in packaging, recycling, manufacturing, or similar industrial sectors is desirable Ability to coach and support individuals with disability, including those with complex behaviours Excellent stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and risk management skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and certifications in disability services or leadership are advantageous Apply Here: If this is the opportunity for you, click ‘Apply’.
