I am working with an excellent client based in Newcastle who are looking for a full time permanent Payroll Officer for their team. They are a well-known companies that spans all major states and territories in Australia. Their capabilities span urban and remote projects, servicing both public and private sectors with a reputation for managing highly complex and hazardous environments. The Role: Oversee payroll and time management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements and company policies Process end-to-end payroll, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management Respond to payroll-related enquiries and generate reports as required Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management decision-making and compliance Contribute to payroll and finance projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Key Requirements: 3 years end to end Payroll processing experience Keypay software experience strongly regarded Exposure to Construction EBAs and Awards strongly regarded Permanent Residency or Citizenship Benefits: 2 days hybrid structure Competitive salary Excellent company culture Numerous company benefits If you are a Payroller with end to end processing experience then please apply with your most up to date resume!
