Role:As Cyber Security Advisory Lead, you’ll lead a high-performing team, shaping AWS and Azure security at enterprise scale. This is a technical leadership role, perfect for someone who can go deep into security solution design and reviews while leading a team and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation. Ideal for someone who's previously been a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, or Security Designer or similar, and now wants to step into an advisory-focused, technical leadership position. Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a high-performing advisory team, shaping AWS and Azure security at enterprise scale.Conduct and oversee solution design security reviews for large, high-impact projects.Spot gaps in security design, advise on required changes, and guide teams to implement the right controls. Provide architecture-focused advice on AWS and Azure environments, leveraging native controls and best practices.Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions. Drive continuous improvement of the ISMS, frameworks, and enterprise-level security policies. What we’re looking for:Deep technical knowledge of AWS and Azure (AWS expertise is essential, Azure can be further developed on the job).Strong background in reviewing solution security architecture, security designs, and identifying risks/gaps.Experience as a Security Architect, Solutions Architect, Security Designer, Security Consultant or similar, looking to move into advisory/leadership.Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and translate risks into clear business outcomes.Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Security Engineer (AZ-500), or CISSP are highly regarded.
