Position Overview: As our Chef, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and preparing meals in accordance with our restaurant standards. You will bring creativity, leadership, and a passion forfood, ensuring a memorable dining experience for everycustomer. As a chef, you will be performing the following duties: Plan and organise the preparation and cooking of food inaccordance with menus. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet establishedstandards. Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking,and kitchen hygiene. Monitor and maintain stock levels and ensure effective storageof food supplies. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment incompliance with food safety regulations. Discuss food preparation issues with managers, dietitians, andother staff members. Innovate and develop new menu items and specials to meetcustomer expectations. Monitor food costs and assist with managing kitchen budgets.
