We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Penetration Tester and take the lead on advanced testing engagements across Australia. About the Role As a Lead Pen Tester, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on a wide range of penetration testing engagements, including: Internal and External Network Penetration TestingWireless Network AssessmentsCloud Security AssessmentsSocial Engineering (e.g. phishing, vishing, physical assessments)Red Team Operations / Adversary SimulationAI and ML System Penetration Testing You’ll work closely with clients, help shape testing strategies, and deliver meaningful results that help organisations strengthen their security posture. What We’re Looking For 5 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.Strong proficiency in offensive tooling, methodology, and manual exploitation techniques.Proven ability to deliver clear, well-structured reports with actionable recommendations.Comfortable engaging directly with clients and leading testing engagements from start to finish.Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (OWASP ASVS, CVSS, NIST, ISO)Credentials in Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) or similar - essential.Experience with social engineering and red teaming is highly desirable.Exposure to AI/ML system testing or interest in emerging threat vectors is a plus.Must be based in Sydney (WFH).
