We work above the required ratio of staff in every room Every educator has non-contact planning time All educators contribute equally to the program delivery There are no hierarchical attitudes, only differentiated tasks We provide PD and a mentor to uplift your practice All of our staff are permanent team members We only operate from 8am to 5:30pm We have been a trusted and much loved centre for 10 years What we're looking for: Minimum qualification: Cert 111, Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education.
