About the Role Making Lives Better® and Happier Ageing® are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do. We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs. Ability to work Weekends and nights or on-call would be highly regarded . Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse) Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Drivers with their own vehicle will be an asset Mandatory Requirements Minimum Cert III in either Aged care, Community, Individual Support or Disability, or industry experience is highly regarded Ability to work Weekends and nights would be highly regarded.
