Drive HSW programs, audits, and training across regional sites Partner with leaders to embed safety-first culture and compliance Enjoy variety, travel, and influence in a collaborative environment About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Advisor – Health, Safety & Wellbeing to deliver workplace safety improvements across a defined region, spanning the ACT, Southern NSW, and the Victorian border. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you’ll work closely with operational leaders, frontline teams, and HSW partners to implement the Safety Strategy Roadmap, drive proactive safety culture, and ensure consistent application of risk controls and processes. This role combines site engagement (1–3 days per week) with specialist HSW advice, training delivery, and incident support. Key Responsibilities Implement regional HSW initiatives, projects, and risk control programs Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites Provide HSW guidance in line with regional legislative requirements Deliver engaging training and coaching to local leaders and teams Support incident investigations and foster a leader-led safety culture Skills & Experience Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent) Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management ICAM or systems audit accreditation (desirable) Proven experience in safety advisory roles within operational environments Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel regularly across the ACT, Southern NSW, and Victorian border region What's On Offer Regional role with variety and travel across multiple sites Be part of a values-led organisation making a tangible safety impact Supportive, collaborative, and professional team environment Competitive salary, Salary packaging and Vehicle.
