The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with strong civil and pipeline experience to join us on a full-time basis, based in Townsville and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the successful delivery of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Provide engineering support across civil and pipeline infrastructure projects. Assist Project Managers, Site Managers, and Contract Administrators with planning, delivery, and project close-out. Coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Monitor daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Track and report on project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes. Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and resource planning. Support risk management and project control processes. About You Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. Proven experience in civil services and pipeline works. Strong capability in managing project budgets, reporting, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient with project management software and tools.
