As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Civil / Pipeline Supervisor to join our team in Townsville. The Role This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead civil and pipeline projects across Townsville and surrounding regions. You will work closely with our management team, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations. Lead teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes. Ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental requirements. Manage labour, plant, and materials to meet project schedules. Monitor progress and provide reporting to the Project Manager. Oversee quality assurance and project documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, crews, and subcontractors. About You Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or working towards). Construction White Card. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Supervisor (pipeline experience highly regarded). Strong knowledge of OH&S and quality management systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Current Driver’s Licence. Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
