We are a small, boutique real estate firm who are on the lookout for a dynamic Maintenance/Leasing Manager to join our close knit team. Duties include :- Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs Building strong relationships with trusted tradespeople Managing leasing campaigns from start to finish from advertising - to application processing - to lease sign ups Conducting home opens and private viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm Ensuring properties are presented at their best and tenancies are managed with care What we are looking for :- Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management Excellent communication and organisational skills Confidence in dealing with trades and tenants alike A genuine enjoyment of leasing and helping people find with next home A current WA Property Management registration and Drivers Licence Why join us ?
