The Job - What you'll be doing As our Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the friendly knowledgeable first point of contact for injured people who need our help – and your blend of empathy and persuasive communication will guide them through the door. You will play a vital role in liaising with our new client leads and shaping the client experience from the very beginning. Responsibilities Speak with potential and new clients via chat/SMS, email and phone, ensuring they feel heard, supported and informed. Ask the right questions and gather information to assess their case and eligibility. Clearly explain what we do, how we can help, and why we’re the right choice. Build rapport and trust quickly – then confidently guide them to sign on. Maintain an organised client database, ensuring accurate data management and compliance with legal regulations. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimise your processes, leveraging technology and best practices. Help us improve how we connect, convert and care for every new client. Requirements Are a natural communicator, good listener and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to clients. Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a professional services firm. Ability to recognise client needs and understand their pain points. Proficiency in general office technology. Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and handle multiple workflow streams simultaneously.
