Location: South Fremantle, WA Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Negotiable) Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Accurately order, receive, and manage stock levels in alignment with business needs. Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records using Fresho. Conduct monthly stocktakes and investigate discrepancies. Ordering & Supplier Coordination Place and confirm orders with various suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of quality goods. Liaise with suppliers to resolve any supply chain or delivery issues. Invoice & Administration Management Collect, organize, and forward invoices to the bookkeeper in a timely manner. Maintain digital and physical records of all inventory-related documentation. Inter-Outlet Coordination Accept and process orders from other outlets within the group. Ensure smooth communication and order fulfilment between locations. Menu Costing Work alongside the kitchen team to maintain accurate costing of all menu items. Adjust pricing based on current supplier costs and inventory usage. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field. Familiarity with inventory platforms, particularly Fresho and Zupply (preferred). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Basic knowledge of invoicing and record-keeping.
