Description In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Hands on work – using RF scanners to transact goods dispatch Using hand powered trolleys 80% of the time Using forklifts 20% of the time Hands on work – using RF scanners to transact goods receipt Using hand powered trolleys 80% of the time Using forklifts 20% of the time Hands on work creating consignments and booking transport 80% keyboard data entry 20% hands on moving boxed 100% using forklift or PIV to move parts between workshops and warehouse Participate in training and safety meetings General cleaning activity – 30 mins a day Daily inventory management tasks To be successful in this role, you will need the following: A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential) WA driver’s licence The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential – on the job training available to suitable applicants Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly Responsibilities Qualifications and Competencies: A current High Risk Forklift licence (preferable but not essential) WA driver’s licence The flexibility to work reasonable overtime as required Previous warehousing/stores experience preferred but not essential – on the job training available to suitable applicants Previous experience in a customer facing role as part of a team would be beneficial Ability to work unsupervised and commit to undertaking all work safely and efficiently Intermediate computer skills (MS Office – intermediate Excel) and can learn new systems and processes quickly Qualifications forklift license required
