About the Role: McArthur is seeking passionate and reliable OSHC Educators to join the team. You'll have the chance to work across a range of OSHC Services, gaining diverse experience while choosing shifts that fit your lifestyle. Your Responsibilities: Help deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate programs Support children's learning and development (in line with My Time, Our Place Framework) Maintain safe, inclusive, and supportive environments Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff. Follow service policies, procedures and routines. What You Need: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current Working with Children Check (WWCC). Current First Aid / CPR certificate Child Protection (RRHAN or Child Safe Environment) Availability to work across different locations and shifts.
