The Opportunity Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team of 10, embedding a strong performance culture. Drive growth with national accounts and OEM customers, strengthening long-term partnerships. Act as the commercial face of the division, delivering measurable sales and profitability outcomes. Play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, implementing new systems and processes, and embedding transformation initiatives.
