We are currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to work in Lake Cathie, near Port Macquarie. The role would be to work in a residential aged care facility for a large provider of allied health services. The role would be for 4 days per week with flexibility on work hours (could do 5 days per week with shorter hours on each day). They also have a number of clinics across NSW and also work in the community. Duties: Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC Learning and implementing the new aged care funding model (AN-ACC). Overseeing and running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes alongside physiotherapy aides. Delivery of Chronic Pain Management Program Implementing and upgrading rehabilitation exercise programs Communicating with a greater team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective courses of treatments Delivery of manual handling training competencies Requirements: It is a requirement to be a fully AHPRA Registered Physiotherapist We are looking for someone with a passion for Physiotherapy and for supporting older people On Offer: Flexible work hours $80-90 salary plus super.
