The Access Group Recruitment are the go-to agency for our clients and payroll professionals looking for their next contract or permanent position. My client is needing a Payroll Officer to manage their payroll, on a stand alone basis reporting to Payroll Manager, end to end - this is a full-time contract for 2- 4 months. On a day to day basis, you will: Process accurate and timely payroll using MicrOpay Weekly and monthly payroll Applying Enterprise Agreement and Award terms Process Workers Compensation Process superannuation and other employee related payments as required Maintain the payroll system, time and attendance system Maintain personnel files with the timely storage of all documents Provide reporting and analysis to management Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee payments, and adherence to privacy legislation Assist with ad hoc payroll related requests/tasks as requested To be successful, you must have: Strong MicrOpay experience Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and awards High attention to detail and confidentiality Excellent communication and time management skills If you would like to know more about this temp role, please contact Haroula on 0435 823 841 for a confidential discussion, or press the apply now button to register your interest.
