IRT Illawarra is seeking an Administration Employee to join our team on casual basis to be avaible to work Monday and Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm. As our Administrator, you will work across our six aged care centres (IRT Tarrawanna, IRT Woonona, IRT Marco Polo Woonona, IRT Marco Polo Unanderra, IRT William Beach Gardens – Kanahooka, and IRT Five Islands – Port Kembla) to provide high-quality administrative support through an interactive, flexible, and proactive approach. You’ll play a key role in fostering a vibrant and dynamic community by anticipating the needs of residents and supporting the local leadership team. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries Booking appointments Performing data entry and general administrative tasks Providing information to residents, families, visitors, contractors, and staff about IRT services You will be a positive representative of IRT at all times, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
