We focus on supporting participants to work towards and achieving their NDIS goals. What You’ll Do: Plan and deliver group based supports for centre-based and community groups. Contribute to developing and implementing participant centred individual support plans to support in achieving their NDIS goals. Support participants one-on-one within their home and through community access to build confidence, skills and independence to continue living within their community. Be a positive role model, encouraging independence and confidence. Work flexibly, providing centre-based community based and in-home supports. What You’ll Bring: Experience working in disability, youth, or community programs. Creativity and energy to engage people in meaningful activities.
