Based at the Orchard Hills in Sydney, this full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mission-critical Defence programs while developing a broad skillset across project support, procurement, and site operations. You will play a key role in enabling operational continuity and excellence across a dynamic, fast-growing regional team. What You’ll Be Doing As a valued member of our support team, you will: Coordinate personnel and facilities administration, including site inductions and onboarding/offboardingManage project documentation and reporting, including briefs, risk and issue registers, and status updatesSupport records and information management, including secure storage and dissemination of technical and business dataAssist with procurement activities in line with Commonwealth and Defence policiesLiaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations across Defence and industry interfacesContribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused culture that values precision, accountability, and shared success What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from professionals who bring: Demonstrated experience in business administration and/or facilities supportProven capability in procurement coordination and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent planning, organisation, and stakeholder engagement abilitiesA self-directed approach with the ability to manage competing prioritiesFlexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvementAGSVA NV2 clearance (minimum); PV clearance highly desirable Desirable Qualifications & Experience You’ll be highly regarded if you also bring: Cert IV in Project Management or equivalentPrior experience in Defence project support or administrationFamiliarity with Defence procurement and project management toolsProficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems Why Empirical Solutions?
