About the Role As a Premium Client Manager, you’ll be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value client relationships across Australia. You’ll deliver tailored account management, customer service, and trade execution, while maintaining a strong pipeline that reflects the excellence of the company's premium services. Relationship-building is key, you’ll also regularly engage clients and prospects through exclusive sporting, cultural, and educational events. Key Responsibilities Identify potential sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including outbound calls, targeted emails, and participation in seminars; Provide comprehensive client support across multiple channels, including phone calls, online chats, emails, and in-person meetings; Work closely with internal teams to provide support with pricing, reporting, queries and ad-hoc requests; Consistently achieve monthly sales and KPI targets; Promote and sell products offering and services to both existing and potential clients; Provide proactive support and actively manage, strengthen, and grow client relationship; Conduct live market dealing for both direct and indirect clients; Participate in external client meetings and sporting / cultural / educational events. Skills and Experience 2 years' experience in broking and/or derivative sales; Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach and a track record of delivering consistently high-quality results; Experience in financial markets and strong understanding of CFD's is highly desirable; Experience working within a financial environment such as a busy dealing room; Ability to track record of contact with High Net Worth/Professional trading clients; Degree holder with relevant RG146 certificates.
