Key Responsibilities: Deliver psychosocial support to clients experiencing mental health challengesCollaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environmentContribute to care planning, advocacy, group facilitation, and recovery-oriented practices The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Bachelor of Social Work (or equivalent)Eligible for full membership of Australian Association of Social WorkersDemonstrated ability to utilise a variety of social work interventionsDemonstrated experience in medical social work practiceKnowledge of community resources services to meet patient needsDemonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and independently as requiredWillingness to uphold the Ramsay Way core valuesExperience in Rehabilitation and/or Mental Health highly desirable.
