This is a hands-on role and is vital to supporting our operations team within good conditions, working closely on our equipment, vehicles, and yard maintenance. The successful candidate will contribute across a wide range of tasks, helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized facility. Key Responsibilities Assist with machinery breakdowns and motor repairs. Operate forklifts, a range of power tools. Perform general yard duties. Support workshop maintenance as required. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and always adhere to company OHS procedures and policies. About You Hold a current Forklift license. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Possess solid verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
