The Opportunity As CEO, you will report to the Board through the Chair and lead a dedicated team. Your responsibilities include: Leading the strategic direction and overseeing operational management. Leading, providing direction to and supporting the development of our people. Acting as spokesperson for the sector in public, political, and media engagements. Fostering strong relationships and collaboration with member CEOs, government officials, and community leaders. Championing policies that enhance access to care, member sustainability, and member issues, with a focus on marginalised communities. Ensuring the financial health and governance of the organisation. Driving organisational change and cultivating a culture of excellence, inclusion, and ethical practice. What We’re Looking For Proven executive leadership in complex, values-driven organisations. Strong political acumen and experience engaging with government and diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and inspire professional growth. Experience working with and reporting to a Board and member-based organisations.
