Overview SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Employee Central & Time Off) - Contract role. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor, taking full ownership of client projects from the initial discovery workshops through to final deployment. Translate complex business requirements into robust solutions within SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off. Design systems, manage configurations, and lead client-facing presentations and training sessions. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Qualifications SAP Module Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the full implementation cycle of SAP Employee Central and SAP Employee Central Time Off (primary technical requirement). Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Employee Central Time Off. Strong demonstrable experience of combined technical and functional experience within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. Mandatory Certification: Current SAP certifications in both Employee Central and Employee Central Time Off. Client-Facing Experience: Experience in a client-facing role, with ability to manage client relationships and expectations. HR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of core HR and payroll business processes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder relationships.
