You will drive the clinic’s day-to-day operations while playing a pivotal role in its transformation and expansion into the state-of-the-art Flinders HealthCARE Centre . This high-impact role combines operational leadership, innovation, and strategic planning to deliver world-class clinical services and work-integrated learning opportunities for students. Key responsibilities include: Leading strategic growth, service expansion, and work-integrated learning initiatives. Overseeing the implementation of digital systems to enhance client management and student onboarding. Driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure sustainable operations. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and operational excellence. About You You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in clinical, health, or academic operations. A skilled collaborator and strategic thinker, you bring strong project management, communication, and financial management expertise. Key capabilities include: Strong understanding of clinical governance, client service systems, and business transformation initiatives. Expertise in business planning, financial management, and growth modelling. Experience in funding acquisition and service development, including grant applications and budgeting.
