Click here for the Position Description Skills And Experiences What you will bring : You will bring proven customer service experience and the ability to engage confidently with people of all ages and backgrounds, creating a welcoming and inclusive library experience. With a professional and reliable approach, you will follow organisational policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards. Tech-savvy and adaptable, you will be confident using MS Office Suite, web browsers, and networked ICT systems to support daily operations. Alongside your skills, you will hold a current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card) and a current criminal history check, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our community. Must Have: C urrent National Criminal History Check; Working with Children clearance (Ochre Card). Please note: A current National Police Clearance, issued within the last six (6) months , is an essential requirement for this position.
